Friendly Culture of co workers and salary is credited on time and apart from customer support other teams very good

Dislikes

Bossing nature of Team leader especially kavita (TL) and communal hateness especially while going to prayer in our break times and not allowing friends to sit together and we are free she give other works so we could not even get a min to talk freely for other co workers and if someone resign she will be always asking his friends when u will resign and lot comparison with other co workers and she will be always in break no proper guidelines to work and she will be always watching reels in mobile or chatting or speaking to someone else

Body Cupid is not just a bad employer-it's a career- wrecking trap. they lured me from a secure, well -paying job with promises of a bright future, only to leave me stranded and devasted within two months. I joined with excitement, accepting a buyout offer, but they shamelessly laid me off almost immediately when they ran into financial trouble, showing zero consideration for the massive impact it had. I want to warn others before they make the same mistake I did. this was my first-ever job change. They didn't offer any severance or consumption, despite knowing that I left a stable position to work for them their actions were reckless, unethical, and complete heartless. The way they treat people is inhumane and unforgivable. I urge anyone considering working with them think long and hard about the risks. Don't fall for their enticing offers; *They will ruin your carrier*

I had to really think about this. The only thing I like shoot the company is the fact that (at least my managers) don't bother after office hours.

Dislikes

I didn't have to think much. The founder, the packaging design, toxic culture and must importantly giving away projects to freelances (to take cuts) and making us redundant.
