The teammates with whom i worked were very cooperative , No training, No Job security,You have to fight for the salary growth , no appraisal is done, Innovative ideas are never welcomed, Not a good working culture.

Dislikes

It``s a sole propitiatory establishment and the owner is illiterate with two sons like him only and they are fully involved in the operations and treating the staff as a servant and abusing them all the time. Manager is just to watch with no power and authority to make decisions.
