Culture in BCL is very friendly and cooperative. One can feel his home at BCL. Salary and benefits are not up to the mark as per surrounding industries.

Dislikes

Canteen facilities not available and leave policy is horrible. Specially HR department is not skillful.

Likes

Good working environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management are not good, no canteen ,no bonus company police are not good but yearly increement is also good.

Dislikes

Good company but management not care employe, no mediclamp in company and employee problems are not understanding management, employee after resignation over all full and final in very slow, garaduaty clearance is meet after 2 to 3 months.

The company is open to innovation and adopts latest technology it's good company & very tacnical company

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow the work pressure is very high.sometime I have to work 14- 18 hours strGht in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night

I get opportunity to learn DCS even in Trainee,big companies not let people work in DCS without experience

Dislikes

Less salary, not get paid by working overtime 1-2 hours if bus is late , management is not so good , company environment (social / employee nature) is not so good

Discipline and Team work. Salary is good. काम करने मे कभी दिक्कतें नहीं आई और मेनेजमेंट का और हमारे Medical Officer होते थे उनकी taraf से पुरा सपोर्ट मिला l हमारा काम करने के साथ साथ हमारी skill भी develop हुई l और मेरे लिए खास ये है कि जब तक जॉब किया तब तक ohc के जो भी ऑडिट होता था उनका हिस्सा मे बना हू l

Vaha मुजे मेरे जॉब के during ऐसा कोई अनुभव नहीं रहा जो मुजे नापसंद हो l
