Im working with bobcards from last one year 6 months. But still salary is not increasing and the new joining executive salary are higher than me, And also there are lots of pressure, they judge the within one week or in a months. But my opinion is that please do not judge any one within a months give him some time to show his performence.

Salary is not increasing who is working from last 1 and half year but new commerce executive is high than us. And also new people is growing here, Is already any one working here they are not changing his position.

...nce people to apply for credit cards. Work timing is very convenient-10am -5pm Salary on hand is just 14000/-

... cards I was given almost 10 branches to handle.think how hectic it had been No benefits at all except pf that too with less contribution to he gind and more deductions fr our salary.

Off role job.. Not having job security. From outsource getting salary.. All depends with reporting manager only. There is no transparent in incentives and hike and all.. What they decides that will be the final.

Job security-though there is frequent threats from MD and senior management, They rarely terminate employees.

...ies would ever do this. Unbearable sales pressure and no incentives. Its funny. So many levels in sales are absolutely irrelevant and some are just drawing salary in lakhs with nothing much to do. Senior sales management have no work to do , the only work what they have is attend con calls and grind employees who work under them. HR is awesome and very supportive. Overall company is good but its in the wrong hands. All the picturing of better sales, better profit, Tabit may not be true. Parent bank will realise this in the coming years.

Nothing to liked , expectations is of 24/7 hours working employee in a salary of 1 employee

Micromanagement Call center approach,that some should be always on floor Unrealistic deadlines (decided by a Non Technical person) Always gives Ad-hoc tasks which results in chaos Long Working hours
