The company policies are good but when it comes to competition for injuries is not good and I can't tell if it problem is from our safety officers because alot of gus are out of job due to working related injuries issues. And with no competition till now. But appreciate teamwork, salary basic is not good but bonuses better, management's is transparent

In Ghana selection for employment managers normally do whom you know, examples this man is my brother , is projects managers friend, etc they don't allow hr with the manager for interview for past three years selfishness types of employment. When you are not close to them it will be difficult for them to promote you.
