It's officially 5 days a week but unofficially unlimited time to be invested. Work culture is pathetic, specifically tenured employees in Ireland Financial Reporting team behavior towards new hires are disrespectful (they are always in a mood to highlight new joiners small small mistakes in front of the team). Besides, there are lot of favouritism. Some people doesn't know how to behave to the colleges.

...vestment banks. They provide best food facility, cab facility, medical facility. A good amount of bonus and hike.

People are wired, they are arrogant in nature if you are out of pune person. Managers will make u fun in front of everyone and make laugh everyone. Managers behaves like fresher.

Actually nothing is her to be liked they are spending lot of money of campus etc but not paying to the employee. They did lot of lay off but still not ready to pay to the employee

Meetings for no reason ...same thing they will discuss day in day out ...you will be asked to update 14-15 trackers. That's all they will do ...no learning at all . They will say fund accounting but will ask you to do AP tasks

Worst, pathetic, unprofessional managers. 16-17 hours of continuous work with very less overtime allowances. Cheap office politics are played by managers, they literally threatens of job to the targeted person and makes their lives miserable. They also insults by using disrespectful tone on floor infront of other teams.
