No recognition, salary hikes are low and they dont do market corrections on salary. But you will be expected to contribute more. The new joinees and fresher get more salary than the experienced in BNP

You can ensure your job security and you can enjoy excellent working culture. You will have a great career exposure when you are in a team which deals different market. Especially for the teams like Corporate Action, Fund accounts etc. And there will be good support from the team and the seniors.

The main thing that makes us uncomfortable is the money. The salary hike and the package for the fresher's will be disappointment factor. And the annual increment will also at its minimum.

...e serious action. They do lots of micro politics in team and if you raise voice.They won't involve you and no one give proper training and pay is less. But we need to listen all the bla bla bla from them his good name starts with Sa####

Very very low compensation compared to market standards. Less employee favouring HR policies. Make you to feel if HR department exist. Poor poor poor work life balance. Awesome learning. A guy as a fresher can use this as a platform for learning and growth (excluding remuneration).

...ould be taken yearly once. Apart from this many 35 yearly leaves will be given Yearly bonus will be given based on your performance and minimum 8% hike is ther even for average performer

For fresher bnp is not a good place you cannot learn many things here. I have seen 4 years Java developers who started career in bnp don't even know the basic core Java concepts they will just use stack overflow and finish their tasks Management won't care about ur learning or concerns and comparing to market status they are paying less only for their employees
