The main thing that makes us uncomfortable is the money. The salary hike and the package for the fresher's will be disappointment factor. And the annual increment will also at its minimum.

Frame policy in a way that their primary motto isCost cutting & company benefit. Employee preference is last priority and will not be considered at all.

Very very low compensation compared to market standards. Less employee favouring HR policies. Make you to feel if HR department exist. Poor poor poor work life balance. Awesome learning. A guy as a fresher can use this as a platform for learning and growth (excluding remuneration).
