The company culture and working environment is really good.Your interpretation about the company really depends upon the team and the line manager.i am fortunate to work under a good manager and I learned a lot. People will really help you to learn everything and it's an excellent company for a fresher.

...nager then the working hours will be long and will have issues on getting leave.The compensation is the main issue and most of it comes under allowance hence if you're switching then it's an headache.

No recognition, salary hikes are low and they dont do market corrections on salary. But you will be expected to contribute more. The new joinees and fresher get more salary than the experienced in BNP

You can ensure your job security and you can enjoy excellent working culture. You will have a great career exposure when you are in a team which deals different market. Especially for the teams like Corporate Action, Fund accounts etc. And there will be good support from the team and the seniors.

The main thing that makes us uncomfortable is the money. The salary hike and the package for the fresher's will be disappointment factor. And the annual increment will also at its minimum.

Very very low compensation compared to market standards. Less employee favouring HR policies. Make you to feel if HR department exist. Poor poor poor work life balance. Awesome learning. A guy as a fresher can use this as a platform for learning and growth (excluding remuneration).
