Salary benefits little low than comparable to industry standards No cabs provided. At least point pick up and drop would help employees travelling quite long distance from office

Good work culture and environment. Appraisal is good based on performance with salary hike and bonus every year

Management issues like other companies apart from this excessive work load with lot of pressure and too many manual work. So no work life balance, it is based on my experience it might differ from other team.

The career growth is slightly on the higher side but since there are efficient seniors working long in the organization, the promotions criteria will be stringent. The The environment is best suited for workaholics
