Companies policies are not so clear about salary hike and bonus. No fair increment offered. On escalation no proper response received from management.

Salary benefits little low than comparable to industry standards No cabs provided. At least point pick up and drop would help employees travelling quite long distance from office

Management issues like other companies apart from this excessive work load with lot of pressure and too many manual work. So no work life balance, it is based on my experience it might differ from other team.
