...pected from an employee will be inversely proportional to the compensation paid. There is no concept of salary slab for specific roles. Example: Provided 2 persons in same role, 1 will be paid peanuts and another will be paid a good lump-some.

Company culture is good and the work life balance is pretty good as well if you want to jump start your carrier it is the best place to work with job security

Nothing much just freshers salary not so up to the mark but you will get there eventually i would say go for it.

Job culture is good. It helps in overall development of your personality. You get a lot of opportunities to enroll for activities on the floor. Lead for different projects.

Dislikes

Poor salary. Like other MNC bank. Minimal increments and bonus. Low exposures. Since it's a big bank, everybody know their part of work. You can't get 100% for your work.

Likes

BNP Paribas carries good brand legacy to begin with. Adequate job security once you gets permanent. Since its an European bank, it has policy of announcing bonus every year, which is roughly 10-15% of yearly CTC.

Dislikes

Promotions are dry, having no impact on compensation. Rigid culture of "Do As I Say".

Likes

For freshers they provide excellent training programs and good package as well. Work culture is also friendly.

Dislikes

Not much happy with the promotion cycle as well as work satisfaction. Not much growth in the sense of levelling up to higher position.
