Very poor culture. Management lacks foresight and spine to take decisions based on circumstances. They don’t encourage open and easy culture. SOP driven always. Not goal oriented

Work culture and environment is fine. Management are supportive and transparent. Hike and bonus every year is decent.

There are slow growth rate. There is a lot of politics with less identification of resolution on issue.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria for chilling. Company policies are good, they are giving good hike and bonus every year.

...gacy applications and they are 10 to 15 years back compared to other peer banks. Very very low compensation for long timers and no market correction program. Almost zero perks except Hungerford Highly not suitable for freshers and mid senior level in terms of growth opportunities. Political game to the core at higher management and senior management level Many associates are sitting without a single promotion though performed well for the past 8 to 9 years

Company provides good benefits like Bonus, Cab facility and monthly food balance. Work life balance is OK, but sometimes load can be there.

Dislikes

Politics,lack of decesion making management of CIB APS for employees betterment.
