Growth opportunities are only for the select few top talents. Compensation is way below market.

Work life balance is good, getting good opportunities and compensation . Right now I am fairly new to the organization so need some time to understand pros and cons.

Company provides good benefits like Bonus, Cab facility and monthly food balance. Work life balance is OK, but sometimes load can be there.
