...No statutory compliance done properly . Employees paid less then minimum wages . Even salary cut to employees those who are leave during illness effected from Corona. Management gives no respect to employees. Very bad environment. No body wants to work at BNAL. No job security, no company policy. No appointment letter given to employees. No experience letter given . They suddenly reduced employee tsalary at the time of joining. Totaly unprofessional company. Please donot join this organisation otherwise you spoil you career. In one year 3 GM HR from reputed organization left the job .and spoil their career due to management unprofessional behaviour and non fulfillment of stautary complieces. So my humble request and advice please donot join otherwise you spoil your career.
