New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. Nothing to be like about the company basically its worst than lala company.

You will be fooled by the consultant or the Hr About the job offer and when you join the company you will shock about the culture and the environment of the company better not to join this company just because its a group name company. If you sre looking for growth and skills to develop than never join here because no SOP no vision and seniors are pathetic having no good knowledge about the work to take it further but will blame on you within a month . Commercial department is worst and accounts department is bad having no idea how to close books of accounts. Sanket bansal in commercial department is worst never join in his team he is like sweet on the face but a snake.
