If someone's join B.N group because of the company profile than your thought is in wrong direction only company name is there work and everything is zero your growth will be zero. If joining in commercial department under sanket bansal you should never join otherwise your life will be hell.

Bad culture..risky company

Bad company..there is no finance department in the company.there is no finance head in the company.all fake turnover and bills..auditors are their family..no finance department and no auditors..nothing to learn in the company.. Who so ever joins in finance leaves the organisation with 6 months or 1 year..even CEO woked here for 3 months.no chartered accountant can survive in such a company. Newly joined finance head left the company in few months.. Only 2/ 3 old staff here who is not moving because they are not getting the new jobs. Worst company to work in.. Joining finance is very risky. Responsibility is there without authority.. Most of the old employees are working as consultants in the company to keep themselves safe..whoso ever will join in the finance department will be the one who is having the responsibility but all bad things are done by the consultants here (who are old employees) getting salary in form of consultants
