This is the worst company i ever seen in my life,The work calture is horrible there have no special or any increment if you work here almost 11 to 12 years your salary go up to 16k. Even hr department not provide you ,your important documents, so if anyone see this please away to this company.A GET salary start from 10k in this situation .

It is a best place for freshers. A lot of experience from various field you can gather by short time. All colleagues are very friendly. But obviously only drawback is salary. But good place to gain experience & move on.

Mostly disliked things its salary structure. & no canteen facility. So, whoever far from his home, he will suffer for dailyfood.

You have to learn alot because all rules followed by company belongs to TATA STEEL.

...gement and working culture is very bad, there is no increment and career growth. You will get same salary on which you joined during lifetime.

The Company is so messed up that you will get to learn while cleaning the mess, else there is nothing to like about this place

Pathetic work culture, seniors will never take your stand and always put you in danger, the CFO of the organisation is disgusting and has no cultural values, slang words are often used while communicating, consultants are God here even if they are wrong, work life balance is zero as there is no mental peace in the organisation, will never suggest working for this organisation.

The company is good it is a steel plant and good for mechanical engineers because it core company for mechanical engineer good work environment teammates are supportive

Dislikes

Main things is the people involved in the management are not good,the management system is very poor. There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issue career growth is slow.
