I will suggest never join off roll or service contract , if you are working in everage company because never promoting you and yearly appraisal is below everage. Also big gap between On roll and Off roll employees for salaries benefits

All you need to do is make noise for the little work you’re doing. Most of all, you’ll get the promotion if you’ll throw your responsibilities on others.
