... should think of capable people at such positions over seniority and favoritism. Ideal HOD should be thinking about employee's welfare and that just does not include salary and promotions but also respect, acceptance and equality in offering opportunities to employees but unfortunately this man was equally bad in his approach of tacking problems and was never cooperative . lot of partiality and linguistic discrimination which he always demonstrated. He claims to be masters of AIML but that should be clearly exhibited blabbering random stuff will not work . one advice: stop blaming employees take initiative and charge as a leader and dont pass loose comments and demoralise people who are working under you

Life long learning, working life balance, continuous improvement programs, support from management and team work. Use of technology and communication tools, skills for achieving excellence.

Dislikes

Cut throat competition.

Likes

I had the option of working from home and coming over to the office on a need basis, which was around once every week. Team members were polite and co-operative.

Dislikes

No opportunity for growth and low job security particularly in the alumni management department.
