Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is NO Job Guarantee.

BMR Industries have a good management peoples is there excellent Charmin and directors

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes , I have to work 12 - 13 hours straight in day as I have So many Hours Journey with local buses

The great work life balance. No need to stay additional hours. Time to time Work . Nice Canteen. Good Food. Right Uniform , Shoes and PPE are free. Zero Accidents. Supportive Employees. Lot of greenery .

Very encouraging Chairman with kind heart. Personal touch and freedom for exploring the opportunities for business development.

Short term view about people working with the company. Not bothered about the career of individual. Only company side is seen with a belief that individuals can anyway survive even outside.

I worked in in this industry in 2.5years My work culture is good but I suffered from kidney transplant any body in the organization is not take care about me other wise everything is excellent I love BMR
