There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is very low no slab for salary ,no training,no personal development activities,no awareness of safety. Overall nothing here. Here staff treat as a worker .use abusive language.

In BMR HVAC LTD We deal in refrigeration products & we working in Billing department & in Store activities also we involves just material Received & make GRN & Goods issues & posting the goods issue slip & Goods issue time to time perpactual inventory done in store and make shortage report.

Nothing worst experience, no system & planning only work pressure & no salary increment..dirty politics no any other facilities like canteen, bus , health insurance pls don't join if you have growth in your professional life ..

I am so happy in this organisation to aour duty period I want to serve my holl life in this organisation but the top management is not understand that who is the best of companies he tack wrong action to find wrong information by wrong person who is also baid to this organisation
