NOTHING DISLIKE........ SAFETY IS VERY VERY VERY STRICT. NO MOBILE VIOLATION.

Likes

Company is very good but there is not growth for the employees. There is no scope for the work. There is not scope for achievements. for old employees can get less salary comparative to new joins. Salary is very less for experience and knowledge.

Dislikes

Salary structure support to employees. there is no support to employ families. No education support to employees and their children's. Health benefits are very less. Extra working hours are waste. there are no benefits.

Good facilities & work environment, management are to be implemented. Since 3years, I have received salary hike just once. Interest upon research & Development made to be practiced by Management for future growth.

No encouragement about new ideas/implementations. Employees are not encouraged to involve in discussions/technical meetings.

Good for freshers gain the knowledge.teammates are supportive,but higher level people are not supportive.appraisals are not good

There is a lot politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth in not there
