New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward
I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

There is no reason to grow and continued with BMI.

...rom more than 10 years (Finance team, Admin Team, 2) No corporate work pattern 3) if you have leaves balance also then also they will deduct your salary 4) one of the organization who increase there Ebida from staff cutting salary 5) Dont except Appraisal in this company but without hint to other staff Sr Managers team doing self appraisal & ate butter on the middle palate 6) They dont have money to pay there Vendors due.. Hence everyday they play Hide and seek game in office with there vendors ans factory manufacturing dealer. 7) Dont know who gives them Loan to cheat with Vendors and existing staff. 8) To get your FNF balance within 45 days you supposed to give them party or your relationship must have good to get your FNF. 9) if you dont want to loose your happy and healty life. Pls dont join there
