... is good company but if you are in BMC SAAS department then you are in nuisance. Management think that just moving people here and there and firing them from JOB is their work and getting salary for it. New joiners are getting frustrated here within 3-4 months.

Work Culture, team work, They have the best managers you will ever get. emphasis on career development and new skills.

Dislikes

BMC needs to match the salary of current employees as to what we are getting in the Market. that is the only drawback I see

...srael, try to deny or stay away from that project. Lot of history of biasedness. Indian employess don't get good hikes, and sometime no hike at all. Very conviniently he/she will deny your hike and distribute to other Israel employees. Won't recomment project from Israel at all.

Good salary and other benefits. No pressure from management. Work life balance is great. Just get the work done that is all.

Dislikes

Very less new learnings. Usually follows old methods. Less chances of career growth.

Free fruits, snacks and beverages at your will. Large scale company and team events. Has great insurance policy for employee and his family.

Dislikes

It used to be a paymaster but now it is not in competition in terms of compensation benefits.
