...in support . I joined in buy looking in good reviews . But no work life balance.they will give u higher pay but the workload is huge as the resources are cut to cut with no backfill.

Safe and good job yearly increment and packages with ample holidays and leaves also good for future life pension facility available you can serve to general public

Work culture is poor . No value is given to genuine work . The one who works better is given more work with no appreciation. Lack of motivation and heavy workload. Misuse of authority and power. Favoratism. Lack of essential and basic amenities . No CME .

The work culture is good. Company is employee centric and takes care of its employees in every manner, be it transportation, leave, insurance and so on.

A couple of teams don't treat Contract workers well. This needs to changed

Infrastructure is very good, very spacious, lot of sessions keep happening for different products, free snack even includes dry fruits and macD burgers !!!, really good and complex projects and products

Job insecurity, people in management have some connections that make them extremely secure in their jobs and encourages employee exploitation and usage of insulating and derogatory languages, no scope for growth after 1-2 years as the higher management is fixed
