Training and Getting salary on Time.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is very slow,The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 15- 16 hours straight in a day due to short of manpower, Management'do not value individual's unique strengths. Also they do not have any standard for hiring sales associates, Hence senior folks like me have to guide, Train, them from scratchCareer Growth, Work environment and keeping work- life are challenging.

Highly toxic and micromanagements manager No job security and they can terminate you after probation period over no Matter how much you have worked well . Totally disappointed !!
