Poor Management, Overloaded work, I know human being is capable for pressure work, over work but not like here. Again I have will say worst, worst worst place to work.

Salary not increment Who is good work it's not giving appreciate. It's given more work. Some time 2000 above salary working. Small shop and 1500sr. It's given big shop. It's not asking how much salary you get ?you increment didn't asking also up level management

Job security 0, work culture is based on religion, management is very poor, company policies are only on papers.

Management are making differentiation based on religion and faviourism. There are many non muslim staff who suffered.
