New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. Not a company its a institution of practical knowledge only you cannot gain a salary or money here salary system is tooo poor you will get your monthly salary after 3-4 months , There is no management If you want to work here you have to forget about money

This is not a company, it is only a workshop without job security & any benefits.they are changing there staff frequently and about life at BM it's terrible.you can't learn and explore there. No of resources are very less & way of working is ridiculous & without any manner.
