Learning opportunities and the client interaction is good.

Dislikes

No job security, no appraisal and partiality at its peak. Incentives and other benefits are only for show and are no respect for the work you do for them. You'll be grinding your shoes for them and they'll just say, you are not doing good enough. A lot of Learning opportunities but exploitation is also a part of it.

Previously it was very good company. Our manager Akhilesh was very cooperative and very understanding. Everyone wants to work with him.

Dislikes

Then one day our manager changed (Prabhat) and it was disaster for whole team and company. Micromanagement, every our status and many more things and team members start frustrated with him and left company. Now whole credentialing team including very good SME, TEAM LEADERS, AM left the company and working somewhere else. It was a great team when it was under Akhilesh. It is true Employee don't want to leave company what they want to leave is toxic management.

I got to learn quite a lot. They don't hold your qualification or your work history against you if you are looking to work on new things. If you have ability and passion to do new thing, you can learn and grow.

Multiple Things: job security, lack of vision, unclear policies, work-life balance etc.

This is a place to learn politics 😃. New one think about employees growth. Manager thinks about only theirs own growth.no value of employee. Any single error and they ask you to leave.

Work culture, politics, everything
