Salary will be approx 12 to 14 thousand and which is mentioned in naukri.com that will be after 1 year. Only time management is good. If any one want to join this company then he can join only for money. Career growth is very very slow. They will not decide your job on first day. They will decide after 8 - 10 days and also if you get rejected then you will not be paid any salary for 10 days. So job security is not here

No job security, If you are fresher then don't choose these types BPO/Call Centre because career growth is very very slow and this is not a company, this is a contract basis office. NO PAYMENT FOR TRAINING ( 7 TO 10 DAYS FOR TRAINING ). FRESHER SHOULD NOT GO BECAUSE CAREER GROWTH IS SLOW Firstly they will say your training period will be for 7 working days but they they will not decide anything for job upto 10 days. And training facility is really very worst. Your trainer will be one of the employee of company and they will not not train you first one or two days.( Don't forget it your training period was only for 7 working days). And after that you have only 4 days for training. Then they will connect your AnyDesk on desktop and tell you very fast upto 4 days. This happens because trainer person have also pressure for his own work so in last day they will fire you if you have not observed proper knowledge for their work.

*FRAUD COMPANY DONT JOIN THIS* This is worst company I ever seen in my carrier no policy for employees if you are looking for a job don't go this place they hire you but not give you salary for example: they hire you on 20k after training they will say we will give 10-12k bcoz you are not performing they always do like this only after that your 10 days will be unpaid even there was no security, salary never provide you on given time if u come 5 mins late in office they deduct half day no leaves for employees, no medical facilities, office owner ( Manish Shukla) behaviour is very bad towards there employees. If you ask something him regarding process he will deny and abuse you as well. If you complaint against him he old your salary also,also they will terminate you without any reason. BEARE TO JOIN THIS COMPANY MY FRIEND. This is my personal experience my friend in this office environment also very bad.

... working from past 1 year in this company, company never provide any medical &p.f for there employees and always deduct salary without any notice, they never raise your salary. They offer you 20-25k but when your training period is over they said we will give you 15k only and 10 days will not provide you coz training is not paid, beware before join this organisation.
