Likes

The organisation really values work-life balance. Good compensation, great core values and a cooperative work environment. All in all, a positive experience. - you won't have to beg for taking leaves - the annual appraisal is good - management is approachable and willing to hear you out

Dislikes

Promotions are somewhat unclear, though you can make it better by talking to your supervisors

They pay higher then market to hire people and as the company is not stable and there is not even one stable project in company it is worth to join some other company at lower package then joining BlueStacks at higher package as when you are laid off then getting job is next to impossible as in market you will not get same packs and if you wanted to join at lower package still no one will consider this and one of your excuses will be considered so ultimately your carrier is destroyed

Appraisals can be increased however considering the salary structure and work life balance one can not complaint about it.

The culture is pretty good. You will get comfort and flexibility. Best job experience to date.

Dislikes

Just lacks research-oriented design. Stakeholders (PMs) take the shots. Don't get to sit at a strategic table, PRDs are served and you just design based on that, mostly about visual design.
