...previous IT experience if we don't have experience in what they are looking for. Probation period is 1 year with fixed salary 10k. Team is the worst. If they don't have project, they will torture us maximum and treat us like big failure. No matter what we do in addition, they will never appreciate it even with a word but will criticize in all the ways. This will obviously kill our confidence. In short it's a total waste of time working here.

Managers are nice to work with and overall the atmosphere is such that learning and upskilling is always promoted and appreciated by management. In terms of job security as well I have only positive comments for the Organization.
