Managers, Team Lead and the real culprit the HR. Favoritism at its best. Appraisal only for their favorites. Can get rid of you within a sec. Projects are only for the favorites not for others. Micro Management at its best. Less number of projects. False promises about the projects are coming. Keeping employees in dilemma. Manager doesn't know how to review the code and then reviews it in front of client. HR thinks like he's the owner of the company and does not know how to talk, great attitude.

Lack of technical expertise. Micro management, management is not good. Unprofessional work environment. Not paid as per standard. HR not reachable. Because of the unprofessional people, projects fail.
