...tes are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Sorry but nobody will find that except the leadershi team and their chosen ones.

Dislikes

Salary will never be on time. In june they have given only half salary and that too in the 4th week of the month. we are waiting for the rest half. It is normal here. They have fired 35 percent workforce. This is also normal because they have done this in the past many times. Please talk with the employees before joining the company. Here people are confused.

Likes are not for the company but for the team I was working with. Good Work life balance, salary on time only when they want to give you, only demands work.

Dislikes

HRs are pretty much confused, keeps developers on bench for long time , layoff is habit and a only solution tweak for HRs, still have not received salary for month of July and after layoffs they marked employee attendance on Non-paid leaves without prior notice to avoid giving full and final salaries to laid off employees.

Great company for fresher as learning opportunities are excellent, get to work on new tools and technologies. Work from home and timely salaries were given during Covid 19 lockdown.

Dislikes

Salary is low based on the tools and technologies, we are working on. Work life balance is not good as you may need to work on weekends.

The work is new and interesting. Good opportunity to grow. But the company lacks management.

Dislikes

Lacks management. Weird expectations. Not able to pay salary in time. many months of salary due. No work life balance. Company not able to successfully deliver projects. Unsatisfied clients.
