They always take advantage. They disempower their employees and freshers.Poor management, less salary ,poor working culture.One of the worst experience working in here. Sometimes you have to work on saturday’s and sunday’s too

Nothing,one of the worst organisation ever existed.No work ethics,no roadmap,for the name sake it's a software company even a road side vendor manages their employees and work well but here everything is messed and all the senior managements are confused.

- my team lead was abusive and micromanges me - HR was so unprofessional and biased towards company - entire company is a family business placing unprofessional people in top management - First they hire you through colleges, but after some time they lay off employees - they include a variable compoenent in ctc but never pay

Only the behaviour of the collegue because they are also going through the same.

Specially the behaviour of the ceo and as an intern they have used me like they said that i will get full time at a package of 8 lpa now after completing the internship of 9 month they said we will give only 2 lpa. The dual nature of the company and the toxic behaviour of the ceo.

1.no professional growth 2.no learning from senior they themselves uses conservative methods 3.saturday is working without being paid. 4.no IT culture.its just like a old conservative business (lala's business) 5.If they want they can terminate you any day 6.no employee beneficial policy 7.HR is not their to help employee
