And the East of Kailash branch is The employees are very ridiculous : Liars bring policies by telling lies and pay them against the policy. 😑😑I really hate those people 😡Not good for girls because seniors don't respect assistants, shout at them like their property😡😡

Work life balance Good work environment Flexible working hours Salary benefits is very good , end of the month salary credited in our account. They are provided PF and ESI for employees , they are arranged the 1 month once tour for employees. Good team members

Salary is good and they also provide good incentive on our works.. Work pressure is a little less compared to other insurance companies and they also provide full incentive on our work if we don't even meet our target.. So overall it's a good company

Overall everything is good but my immediate boss is useless and sometimes in order to meet our target we are asked to provide wrong information to client which I don't like

Team work is necessary if your branch tellecaller and branch manager is not good your performance will be affected and this is the only problem I am facing..I want to perform but sometimes there is a barrier
