1. Poor salary and not able to give salaries on time 2. False promises - management will say we are getting big big projects. We will send you on site. All are hollow promises. 3. No transparency - No details given to employees regarding company performance. Where the profits are coming and going. Everything looks suspicious. 4. Very bad top management - if you ask any questions to top management they get offended very egotistical people. Don’t believe the positive review, they force freshers abd employees to write positive reviews about company.

Even though the team size is very small, the management is very good in identifying new businesses. The approach is right and hence the future of the company is sure.

Dislikes

Salary often does not comes on time. A large part of the salary is kept as performance perks which should be given quarterly but is always delayed as a common practice. Due to small team size the multitasking is required from all until you have crushing load already.
