Compensation was good and Appraisal also good number only i got. But, the work is become terrible recent times only from pandemic hectic work pressure. So many people they left the organisation.

...uring covid but conveyed as it is regulary done every year - No job security . Less pay - compared to outside No work life - balance Management says every thing but wont do any thing . company policies - I see every company in hyderbad provided covid vaccine for free but this company gave 500/- every insurance policy needs to buy(covid insurance , extra insurance ) .

Politics - every thing is lobbing , If we say we did not get this their simple answer is you did not say but what is the role of manager is a big question for me . travel - no such things carrer growth - nothing salary /appraisal - very less comapred to other office , giving good pay for new commers but they leaving as they come . Work environment - office is good , no free food or any thing . huge prices for the food in canteen .

Nothing is likeable, low salary, poor culture, class and mindless management.

F**k the management, fires like anything within 30 mins, no job security and no empathy for the employees. Don't join this at all.

Great works life balance, culture depends on the team, but generally it's fair. Compensation is also good.

The people who have been in JDA company are not quite receptive to new ideas. The road map keeps changing due to recent changes in the ceo and upper management.

...veloping junk products which requires 3-4 years for client to implement for use. Trouble shooting pathetic because all products built by copy paste junk code poor design and architect Attracting people for some little higher salary and spoil their career.. please don't join and you will spoil your it journey here. If you join by mistake yourself end you it job after 6 months or one year will experience bad frustration and strong feel no more work in IT companies further.
