Work environment is pathetic. Worst management of work. Employee are being threatened every time. Behaviour of managers towards their team members is ready a point of concern.

The company is good for freshers who can handle terrible pressure without bothering about decent pay, work-life balance, favoritism, biasedness, less knowledgeable seniors, and managers. Poor review system, where your performance is reviewed by seniors and manager who even does not have proper work-related knowledge. One should have apple polishing and ignorance ability to be there. HR was the most incapable person to manage internal affairs.

Dislikes

... for employees, Mangers told us we don't care whether you leave or stay with us. No Job security, good pay, career growth, salary/appraisal, politics, work-life balance. While Covoid we quadrupled our work including sales department work, but no payment was awarded, even no arrier was given. At the end of year most of us got 500, or 1000 rs. hike.

I am working with same Organization since June 2015 and i love to work many more years to come. I learned many things here and still learing. If any body have nature to take initiative than employee can learn many things.

Team Leader are not professional and knowledgeable.

Fresher's, go for it, if your are ready to learn and challenge your limits. This place has a lot of room.

Dislikes

Every place has few things to be disliked but one should see above those and focus on learning and climbing up the ladder.
