My company is open to innovative and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of team that market reliable, high quality products and has a global clients base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent , but growth is only good.the work pressure is high. Sometimes I have to work 12 - 14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client call in the evening and sometimes late into the night . But company is a good for long time working.

Company is good but there is senior employee who do not support their junior, they always treat like slave.

...en you sare safe and secure otherwise i have to take harsh decision against you. I requested him but he was talking rude then i had to cut the call and i feel very helpless then i said to my mom then mom said that give the resignation i will take care all of your need. Then i had to resign from my post. That situation are very bad for me and my family, even i can not explain in words.

Is working here for more than 4.5 years and the company was like good culture till first two years and then suddenly work pressure increased exponentially. Good Perks as per manager bands.

...mpetitor and don't have ideas of there own. Lagging in terms of process in work. Huge salary deductions done in pandemic which raised a doubt upon 75 year OLD organisation stability. Very biased, political and favouritism is observed within team and new joiners are taken lightly. Very bad work office environment. You have to take all responsibilities right from arranging house keeping person to finding and training vendor. The dedicated people are not there for admin and purchase related work. Technical person need to involve in all the task and followups of non technical work.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
