Very very worst company,management fully politics,management preference in more than female domination. our quality is very very worst quality and production also totally company is very very bad 😡Smart people are not taken here,This company only hires beautiful girls in our quality department also always supported in girl's. simply word totally worst company blue star name also gone

Is working here for more than 4.5 years and the company was like good culture till first two years and then suddenly work pressure increased exponentially. Good Perks as per manager bands.

...mpetitor and don't have ideas of there own. Lagging in terms of process in work. Huge salary deductions done in pandemic which raised a doubt upon 75 year OLD organisation stability. Very biased, political and favouritism is observed within team and new joiners are taken lightly. Very bad work office environment. You have to take all responsibilities right from arranging house keeping person to finding and training vendor. The dedicated people are not there for admin and purchase related work. Technical person need to involve in all the task and followups of non technical work.

... at Blue Star is its culture, people and the support you get from people around. Though the salary compensation & growth path for Blue Star long timers is often neglected at times, but the people and culture sets the trend! Way to go, Blue Star!

It is best place to learn about different refrigeration systems and would help in creating a good base for future.

Dislikes

Salary is less as graduate trainee, and no assure of future geting promoted to staff. Also no benefits in graduate trainee as to those as permanent.
