Company is good but there is senior employee who do not support their junior, they always treat like slave.

...en you sare safe and secure otherwise i have to take harsh decision against you. I requested him but he was talking rude then i had to cut the call and i feel very helpless then i said to my mom then mom said that give the resignation i will take care all of your need. Then i had to resign from my post. That situation are very bad for me and my family, even i can not explain in words.

...ne.There is less job security for off roll.Career growth will be depends on you.Salary gets average but will be increment on the basis of your performance.Everywhere is politics so have to beware from it.Will get to learn a lot here.Work environment is quite good.Overall It will career asset for fresher/trainee/beginner.

Dislikes

Someone was abusive(professoinally )and had no any sympathy.They just need an output no matter how much you add an effort there is no appreciation.Sometime will get travel and payment issues.Overall i think it is good for on roll employees not for off roll.But It is good for trainee.

Company take hard step to evaluate boss harassment complaint from down the line, Low salary if you are working for long time new joined salary more or less from their boss salary.. No HR involvement for salary correction while promotion or grade change
