New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Very very bad and uncultured company. Managers treated their juniors like a pet dog. It is very unfortunate that I was joined Blue Star.My manager was Mr Debasis Mondal(Manager), he behaved me like a dog, he threatened me almost every day. I resigned blue star only for those 3rd class Managers. Now I have total 11 yrs of experience and working in a MNC brand and feeling shame that I was a part of this 3 rd class Blue Star Ltd brand. I expect in future Blue star authority will take care of this culture.He forced me to quite my job without any job in my hand. I have also suffered many years to getting back job. Shame to you Mr Mondal!!!!!!
