Is working here for more than 4.5 years and the company was like good culture till first two years and then suddenly work pressure increased exponentially. Good Perks as per manager bands.

...mpetitor and don't have ideas of there own. Lagging in terms of process in work. Huge salary deductions done in pandemic which raised a doubt upon 75 year OLD organisation stability. Very biased, political and favouritism is observed within team and new joiners are taken lightly. Very bad work office environment. You have to take all responsibilities right from arranging house keeping person to finding and training vendor. The dedicated people are not there for admin and purchase related work. Technical person need to involve in all the task and followups of non technical work.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Blood suckers, Quite pressure towards monthly target, Lot of formats like data entry, top levels are benefitting more through junior and mid level team

... at Blue Star is its culture, people and the support you get from people around. Though the salary compensation & growth path for Blue Star long timers is often neglected at times, but the people and culture sets the trend! Way to go, Blue Star!

It is best place to learn about different refrigeration systems and would help in creating a good base for future.

Dislikes

Salary is less as graduate trainee, and no assure of future geting promoted to staff. Also no benefits in graduate trainee as to those as permanent.
