Working in Bluestar for me is like working in a Government based company. From Compensation and Benefits, Timely salary in my account, Job security, Working Culture, leave/work from home all are fabulous.. I'm blessed to be in Bluestar.

Dislikes

Generally speaking... I hate Construction or onsite job in Bluestar. Bluestar is highly responsible for there Costumer and clients requirements. They can agree easily whatever client ask for either it's a pay or without pay. Keeping this aside Life of Construction site is not balanced. We do work from 9am to 1am night when Pressure begins. I think this is general practice in most companies but Entity like Bluestar should consider his employees work life.

My company is open to innovative and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of team that market reliable, high quality products and has a global clients base.

Compensation is decent , but growth is only good.the work pressure is high. Sometimes I have to work 12 - 14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client call in the evening and sometimes late into the night . But company is a good for long time working.

Company is good but there is senior employee who do not support their junior, they always treat like slave.

...en you sare safe and secure otherwise i have to take harsh decision against you. I requested him but he was talking rude then i had to cut the call and i feel very helpless then i said to my mom then mom said that give the resignation i will take care all of your need. Then i had to resign from my post. That situation are very bad for me and my family, even i can not explain in words.
