Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

Worst ever company I have seen my previous experience.

Dislikes

Worst ever company because of no salary benefit, no job security without notice terminated me. Time table not proper.Company policy is work only for company 24*7 without any rest or no extra payment for extra hours.. no others benefit for employees.

There is no structure or policy in this company ie, it works like a lala company. Your reporting will be directly to the directly to the director which leaves communication gaps All the boss wants is woek and gives away nothing as compensation, you will be promised for incentives but wont get it
