Blue Ocean is 60 years old Company pioneer company.Colormate & black rose is a brand .Earlier it was most popular brand ,It is first Company launch powder dye & Kali Mehdi.Team Management, senior Management ,Managing Director is very nice .work culture is very good .colormate is a market leader good visibility.

Compare to this market Many Company launched similar products in the last 10 years like Garnier,Nisha,Neha,Kaveri has got incredible growth but Blue Ocean did not care to launch similar products. Company should care about this. Godrej was leader at that time. We used to compare with godrej.But Now godrej is very developed. even Loreal was unable to target Middle & lower class. But Loreal launched rich Cream at 45/- Now Company is again going to be rejuvenated it.May be company can again go for new height.

i generally do not have any issue working at Blue Ocean except the promotional factor

HR practices could be more Innovative. However it depends on the client & their culture
