nothing is good. All action will be taken only by MD. From level 0 to level top. No job security. They are firing the employee instant and without intimation. They have his own rule, such a entrepreneur. Not a single thing like a company or corporate.

Worst company in India. Company has taken a foolish zm and AGM who don't know how to do work. They sleep on the home. Cmd never justify that who is working and who is not working. Don't join this company they are not giving ta , da, and petrol allowance. Not giving good salary. Very pathetic condition of this company. It is unable to Substant or survive in the market.

Senior is doing a mental harassment of his employees. They are not supporting.

I had a great team in Marketing Department when I joined the company. But the company all lost those good employees due to its poor policies & decision making, and did not even recruit new employees in place of them putting all burden on a single person of whole department, that led to confusions & delay in projects.

Dislikes

Confusing policies & politics in the departments, aimless staff doing back-biting, which is never in favor of any organisation.

Its a new age water purification company which is launched with huge segment or i can sqy that each and every thing related to water treatment industry is available here. A new technology is launch with very new era of a indian market.
