Mr. Pranay Mishra is a fraud in terms of money. He has not given salary to staffs for almost six running months and expects them to still work for him in his company. Company has earned a lot in the last financial year, employees have given their all yet this leach of a person is not ready to pay. I would recommend everyone who is looking at this post not to fall in the words of this person even if an opportunity arises. Your career & life might be ruined.

Owner is a Fraud and family members also give decisions and no one is loyal to organisation, this company changes employees every year. New team joins and location of office keep changing due to all this fraud activity.

Nothing....candidates applying for jobs in BEMSPL should remember that not to expect any salary at the end of the month, because the management has loads of cash, but don't want to provide to the employees. Candidates should be ready to work FOC.
